We have been supplying the regions chefs with the the best quality fruit and vegetables for 20 years now. We are now the largest wholesale supplier of fresh produce to inland New South Wales.  Over this time we have become the leading experts in sourcing and supplying the fresh products to suit your needs. Our buyer in the markets knows every nook and cranny to source the unique fresh products you may need.  It may just be the basics of lettuce, tomatoes and onions.  Or it could be could be exotics such as banana leaves, black salsify, lemon myrtle or even jicama.

We have a presence in Sydney Markets 4 days a week which enables us to keep a good reading on what the market is doing, organise reliable supply when things are in tight supply and hunt down those unique ingredients.  Our relationships with many of the 250 agents enables us to find the best quality fresh produce at the best possible price.

Seafood is readily sourced twice a week from Sydney Fish markets.  We have a large variety of fresh fish, either whole or as fillets, quality oysters and a good variety of crustaceans.  We also easily access specialty items such as salmon caviar, soft shell crabs or crabmeat.

We run a fleet of 5 modern refrigerated vans throughout Tamworth 6 days a week.  Those vans also conduct the delivery of our fresh fruit and vegetables as well as seafood to all towns from Murrurundi to Glen Innes and out to Gunnedah and Manilla.
